Bio
Education & Early Experience
Will was born in Columbia, South Carolina on October 14, 1972. He graduated from The Citadel (B.S., 1994) where he was a member of the Honor Court and The Citadel Inn of Court, and from the University of South Carolina School of Law (J.D., 1998).
Will is currently a partner at Pierce, Sloan, Kennedy & Early LLC. Previously, Will served as the law clerk to the Honorable Gerald C. Smoak of the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit and subsequently had a general practice with Early & Ness in Bamberg.
Memberships & Courts Admitted to Practice
He is a member of the Charleston County Bar, South Carolina Bar, American Bar Association, and the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association. His areas of practice include personal injury, toxic torts, and medical malpractice. Will often lectures on various medical issues to members of the bar.
He is admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1998, the United States District Court, District of South Carolina in 1999 and the Tennessee Bar in 2016.
